Loews Miami Beach Hotel, Miami Beach, FL

Miami is one of the most popular honeymoon, minimoon, babymoon, bachelorette, birthday party-well, you get the point-spots in the U.S., thanks to its location, weather, nightlife, and hard-to-beat beaches. Steps from the sand and sea, the Loews Miami Beach Hotel boasts one of the best locations in Miami Beach, walkable to all restaurants and bars that line Ocean Drive but safely far enough away that you won't hear the music pulsating from your hotel suite. After a $50 million renovation last year, the hotel is in its glory with lots of suite options that will make any group 'moon planning a cinch. You can even connect rooms together so each member of your party has a semi-private space, or, go completely baller and book The Presidential Suite which spans two floors, has a balcony with an ocean view, and ample indoor/outdoor space for entertaining. Whatever you do, the adults-only SOAK Cabanas at the pool are a luxe must with a dedicated concierge, bottle service, and hourly amenities such as 'adult snow cones,' Evian mist, and frozen fruit treats, not to mention their prime sun-bathing spot that overlooks the massive 4,000+ square foot pool. If your group is somewhat active, you can partake in a group fitness class or meditation offered on the lawn each morning, or be totally lazy and just book yourselves a treatment at the onsite exhale Spa, where you can share a private room with your new spouse for a couples massage while your guests get individual treatments.

The Yacht Week, Caribbean, British Virgin Islands Route

For a group trip that picks up where your wedding reception left off, rent a yacht and hit the high seas with up to 12 of your besties for the ultimate party at seas. On its original route in Croatia, The Yacht Week has a reputation for its 24-hour go-as-hard-as-you-can vibe, but in the BVI, you'll find a route that's the ideal balance of daytime chill and nighttime fun-it's basically what buddymoon dreams are made of. With a skipper at the helm of your luxury vessel and an optional host/hostess to take care of cooking and cleaning, your entire group will quickly fall into Vacation Mode On. Each day after that will feel very choose-your-own-adventure, even if that adventure means just following around the other yachts-which can include up to 25 on this particular route-that are also living their best life at sea. The week-long sail through the Caribbean stops at gorgeous, remote locales-many only accessible by small boat-so you can hit up the local beach bars for rum and cocktails (We highly recommend a Painkiller when in the BVI.), sample the local cuisine at beachside eateries, explore the Baths at Virgin Gorda, and windsurf on Anegada. With totally private islands on the itinerary, you'll have plenty of options to sneak away from the group with your new spouse, too. And for your guests: Well, let's just say they'll be pretty entertained themselves. Traveling in a caravan of yachts can prove to be a pretty great way of meeting new friends and even playing matchmaker for some of your single pals in attendance.

For an eco-conscious buddymoon, Kasiiya Papagayo will not disappoint the happy couple or their guests. Near Guanacaste, Costa Rica's beachside gem on the Pacific side, it's both ultra-chic and environmentally friendly. If your crew is a nature-loving group, even better. The retreat just opened this year with five tented suites set on 123 acres of tropical dry forest just steps from the ocean. With big beds, lounge space, an indoor/outdoor shower, and a private terrace, you'll feel like your camping in the jungle-with the luxuries of a resort. The grounds also include a sunset deck, beach cabana, and a three-level fitness platform which will inspire you to get some cardio, yoga, or Pilates in outdoors. For communal activities, there's a spa cabin and restaurant on property, and you can take advantage of the best Costa Rica has to offer with other planned activities like snorkeling, paddle boarding, and zip lining. For less communal activities, you can just relax with your new plus one on one of two private beaches.
